What is home staging?

Staging is decorating a home exclusively for potential buyers. It’s different than how we decorate or live in a home. Staging warms up a home and even gives a fantasy look for a buyer of the lifestyle they could have.

By adding home accents and small décor, I can make a vacant home feel warm and inviting. I have up-to-date furnishings that can make any room look fabulous.

Even homes that are occupied can benefit from my service. I help guide homeowners to bring together their home for the best showing experience possible. Sometimes a little de-cluttering and re-arranging can go a long way! In other cases, quick-and-in-expensive updates such as paint, carpet, and hardware can make a world of difference!

U.S. research (based on surveys of real-estate agents) states home staging can reduce a listing's time on the market by one third to half, and could fetch as much as 10-15% more than an empty home or a home not properly staged.
